About The Project:
This project was created to spread awareness about skin cancer, which has deeply impacted my family when we lost my grandmother to the disease. My goal is simple; to help save even one life because that’s someone’s friend, sibling, cousin, aunt, or parent—and that one life matters to so many people.
Through this initiative, I hope to educate people of all ethnicities, communities, and age groups—because skin cancer doesn’t discriminate. Unlike many other awareness efforts, this project is one of a kind. It’s built to reach not just those in sunny areas, but also people in colder climates who may mistakenly believe they aren’t at risk. There are many misconceptions about skin cancer, and I’m passionate about clearing them up so fewer people have to go through what my family did. Everyone deserves the knowledge and tools to protect themselves.
